Dubois Warm Valley Lodge (ALF) Marketing Plan (2012-13)
As the Dubois Assisted Living Facility broke ground, CBI worked with sub-consultants McCormick Marketing, Inc. and Black Dog Design, LLC to create an effective Marketing Plan for the newly named facility (Warm Valley Lodge). The marketing plan is now being implemented to attract residents.
Help for Health Hospice (Riverton) Strategic Planning (2011)
CBI conducted a comprehensive operational review, and helped to develop a plan to stabilize and grow the Riverton area hospice operation into the future.
Sheridan Senior Center Needs Assessment (2011)
CBI completed a comprehensive operational review of the Sheridan, Wyoming Senior Center, identified national best practices to address the changing needs of the Boomer Generation, and developed a strategic plan for the Senior Center to accommodate the local aging population. CBI’s recommendations are now being implemented.
Dubois Assisted Living Feasibility Study and Business Plan (2010-11)
CBI provided a comprehensive evaluation of long-term care need in the Dubois area, including Fremont County. The feasibility study demonstrated sufficient demand to support an assisted living facility in Dubois. CBI assisted in securing funding for the facility and subsequently helped to develop an effective business plan for funding and operating the facility, which is now nearing completion.
Laramie Assisted Living Feasibility Study (2010-11)
CBI used its comprehensive approach to evaluate long-term housing needs for Laramie area seniors, concluding that there is a need for a new assisted living facility in the community, particularly one that targeted retired college professors and similar professionals.
Platte County Long-term Care Feasibility Study & Business Plan (2010-11)
CBI developed a Public Participation Plan, Operational & Financial Feasibility Study and Business Plan for long-term care senior housing options in Platte County, Wyoming. Working with sub-consultants Nelson Architects LLC and MKK Consulting Engineers, Inc., CBI evaluated the current conditions of the Platte County Nursing Home. CBI then conducted a comprehensive review of the long-term needs for seniors in Platte County, concluding that a larger nursing home was needed, as well as an assisted living facility. Platte County voters approved a Capital Facility Tax in 2012 to pursue development of these facilities. The project is scheduled for completion in 2014.
